ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to contribute to enhancing user satisfaction by increasing the effectiveness of the e-voucher project by discussing basic principles and policy goals of e-voucher as a policy tool, problems that have emerged in the implementation process of e-voucher, and improvement measures proposed in the previous preceding studies. To this end, this study aims to quantitatively analyze what are the major determinants of service selection through the satisfaction of service use and attitudes toward service use factors, focusing on elderly care services among e-vouchers. The subjects of this study were user surveys on elderly people who received services using the voucher system through the Elderly Care Center in Seoul. We visited three Elderly Care Centers in Seoul and surveyed the users who are provided with the e-voucher service. A total of 150 questionnaires were conducted, of which 138, a valid questionnaire, were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that accessibility to the service has the highest effect on the elderly care service, and next, the continuity and selectivity of the service have an effect. It was also shown that the convenience of the service does not directly affect user satisfaction. In addition, research analysis showed that attitude factors are highly correlated to user satisfaction. Based on these results, the policy implications for improving the e-voucher service for Elderly citizens were presented.
