ABSTRACT

This paper reviewed the goal development procedure classified by education contents features in IEP. The first, this review was focused on reviewing sources of developing educational goals, analysing education contents and developing goals and objectives, and writing goals and objectives for IEP. With regard to implications on the goal development procedure classified by education contents features in developing IEP, first, possibility of developing goals and delivering education contents was improved by deliberating on features classified by education contents. Second, the goal development procedure and organization classified by education contents features guaranteed delivering the education contents appropriate to individualized needs. Third, educational goals and objectives should be drawn from the well-matched national curriculum and students needs.
