The purpose of this study was to explore support measures according to the differences in adult learners' self-leadership, self-regulated learning ability, and college life satisfaction within the College of Lifelong Education System Support Project(LiFE). To this end, a survey was conducted through a survey tool, and the results of analyzing the differences by variable through t-test and ANOVA of the collected data are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in self-leadership by gender and age. Second, there was a significant difference in self-regulated learning ability by major. Third, there was a significant difference in college life satisfaction by gender, major, and age. Through the above research results, several implications for supporting adult learners at universities in the college lifelong learning system were derived. This study is meaningful in that it derives adult-friendly education support measures to improve the learning environment and support learning according to the situation and characteristics of adult learners at universities. The results of this study are expected to be used as useful data for effective education support for adult learning-friendly at universities operating the university lifelong learning system.

The purpose of this research is to define how members in an organization get to learn what through informal learning after figuring out the levels of informal learning in fulfilment centers, and prove how it is manifested according to their organizational culture(work environment). To that end, this researcher looked into "informal learning taking place in a fulfillment center and how members in a department get to learn what, and how it is manifested according to their organizational culture(work environment)." The research sample is employees at domestic fulfillment center A and the research is based on participant observation and in-depth analysis. This researcher concluded as follows. First, the same patterns of informal learning actively take place in the fulfillment center just like in any other places. Second, informal learning takes place in many different forms. Workers are in constant conversations and communication to gain a smooth access to informal learning and their conversations indeed enable them to get easier access to informal learning. Third, there is a close correlation between informal learning and organizational climate(work environment). While informal learning is invigorated in agreeable groups, it is dull in rigid workplaces. And this researcher also found how agreeable work environments can lead to invigorated informal learning. Based on these findings, this researcher provides suggestions about where fulfilment centers should be headed, and future research.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the barriers and variables affecting multicultural parent and teacher communication by comparing the relationships between multicultural sensitivity and multicultural teaching efficacy of elementary school teachers. 500 elementary school teachers with schools with a high percentage of students with a culturally diverse background of students were enrolled in the study. A total of 452 surveys were distributed and 414 responses were used for statistical analysis. The current study reported correlations between multicultural sensitivity, multicultural teaching efficacy, and the level and ability of multicultural parent-teacher communication. No direct correlation between multicultural sensitivity and the level and ability of multicultural parent-teacher communication was reported, however, through the mediation of multicultural teaching efficacy, significant improvements were reported on multicultural sensitivity and multicultural parent-teacher communication. To improve multicultural parent and teacher communication, there is a necessity for more systematic education and training courses on multicultural teaching efficacy and multicultural sensitivity to elementary school teachers.
