This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of Self-Efficacy and the moderating effect of Psychological Safety Climate on the relationship between organizational members' Metacognition and Adaptive Performance, which is required to adapt to a continuously changing organizational environment, and to explore the mechanisms that enhance the effectiveness of Metacognition in influencing Adaptive Performance. To test the hypotheses, a total of 360 questionnaires were collected from employees of domestic companies in various industries with more than 300 employees and analyzed. As a result of the study, first, the direct effect between organizational members’ Metacognition and Adaptive Performance was confirmed. Second, Self-Efficacy was found to mediate the relationship between organizational members’ Metacognition and Adaptive Performance. Third, both simple moderating effect(reinforcing effect) and conditional indirect effect of Psychological Safety Climate on the relationship between Self-Efficacy and Adaptive Performance was identified. This study contributes to the extension and development of the existing research on Metacognition by empirically testing the mechanisms and boundary conditions between Metacognition and Adaptive Performance of organizational members. In addition, theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed, as well as limitations of the study and directions for future research.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of Proactive Career Behavior and moderated mediating effect of Positive Psychological Capital in the relationship between Empowering Leadership and Social Loafing. 420 valid questionnaires collected from employees working in domestic companies with employees were analyzed using SPSS PROCESS macro. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the direct effect of empowering leadership on social loafing was significant; second, empowering leadership affected proactive career behavior positively; third, proactive career behavior affected social loafing positively; forth, empowering leadership was found to have a positive impact on social loafing through the mediator of proactive career behavior; fifth, empowering leadership on social loafing via the mediator of proactive career behavior was moderated by a positive psychological capital. Theoretical and practical implications for the research results were discussed., and suggestions were made for future research.

The purpose of this study was to derive implications for the application of ChatGPT's educational method in regular subject classes in higher education institutions through the educational use of ChatGPT. As a result, first, the satisfaction level of ChatGPT's problem-solving assistance was 4.18, the learner's perception of ChatGPT's accuracy was 3.27, and the intention to reuse was 3.91. Second, the difference between the engineering major and the humanities and social sciences was high in all items of ChatGPT's problem-solving help satisfaction, accuracy, and reuse intention, and statistically significant differences were found in ChatGPT's problem-solving help satisfaction and reuse intention. Third, the best thing about the use of ChatGPT was that it quickly suggested answers to any questions, and the most useful thing was that it made questions well, and the inconvenience was that it was inaccurate in data or figures, and in terms of utilization, improvement requirements were shown as securing the accuracy of the data and indicating accuracy. This study is significant in that it provided implications for the educational use of ChatGPT in college start-up classes. The results of this study are expected to be used as evidence for the effective educational use of ChatGPT in the field of university start-up education.
