AB - This article aims to discuss the methods of improving the delivery system linkage of the National Long-term Care Insurance for the Elderly. For the aim, this article, at first, explored the theoretical backgrounds relating to the principles of the social welfare service delivery system and the concept of linkage. After then, the Act of the National Long-term Care Insurance for the Elderly that was enacted in April 2007 was anatomized in terms of its contents and linkage system. Finally, this article suggested the methods to upgrade the linkage of the delivery system of the National Long-term Care Insurance for the Elderly. The particular emphasis of the analysis was brought onto the three aspects of participants' role setting, the establishment of coordination and communication, and the creation of core leadership of linkage.
