The utilization value of big data is increasing, future-oriented health care system based on the personal data concerning health such as 'Precision Medicine' is presented and the utilization of digitalized data concerning health generated by a wearable device is actively promoted. However, social discussions for the management of data concerning health generated outside the medical institutions are not supported at all. Under this circumstance, in the case of recent smartphones and wearable devices, they are being developed toward a direction that not only records personal data concerning health but transmit information via applications and provide feedback services. In addition, platforms that integrate and manage the applications that generate various data concerning health are appearing as well. However, there are many problems in terms of effectiveness, accuracy, and security for data concerning health generated from these wearable computers. Using this data from private insurance companies or governments without solving these problems and establishing the management system may not be appropriate and it can rather interfere with the growth of relevant industries. Particularly in Korea, because major private insurance companies are unique in that they are the subsidiaries of major corporations that govern not only major IT companies but major medical institutions, careful discussion of data concerning health generated outside of medical institutions is required.

In this paper, authors were supposed to find solutions for a meaningful and valuable pharmacy ethics education for professional pharmacy graduated students. And this is on the basis of realization about pharmacy ethics educational problems on these days. We think that general ethics education has two ways, one is rationalism and another is sentimentalism. These ways are determined by considering how aspect important one of moral factors. We discuss the importance of development for ability of critical thinking in pharmacy ethics education including their meaning and characteristics. And this is based on rationalism ethics education improving moral judgment and ability of critical thinking. We suggest to have class focused on a reality case and discussion as way of pharmacy ethics education for critical thinking progress.

“Patient End-of-Life Decision Act 2016” mandate ethics consultation and review for end of life care decisions in practically every health care institute. But little attention has been given to issue of how the clinical ethics is provided to practitioners and patients. In this article I will argue that clinical ethics should be understood as ‘clinical ethics service’ that is composed of consultation, counseling, education and even administration: consultation for particular decisions about individual case; counseling to motivate professionals and promote ethical awareness and reasoning as well as support and comforting patients in difficult situtation; educating procedures to comply with law; administration such as document piling and reporting. This service should be provided in a team approach and clinical ethicists are part of team, equipped with theory and research capabilities. The research agenda for better clinical ethics service is presented.
