AB - In public libraries, there are many difficulties in fulfilling requests by users, as typically have from diverse backgrounds and purposes for visiting the library. To overcome this problem, collection development for public libraries is required to enhance the satisfaction level of users regarding public library materials. Thus, in this study, a survey was conducted of users of 10 public libraries located in Seoul to analyze their collection-use behaviors and the study finally presents collection development for public libraries in Seoul based on data acquired.
