AB - This study examines the effect of the absence of a government support policy on the development of school libraries. Specially this article focuses on the rise and fall of school library in 1960’s over the making first Library Law. It is meaningful that our school libraries, which have been alienated due to the lack of government polices, are not following in the footsteps of the past, as they are in need of state support.
