KKITS is an IT-related convergence professional society established in 2006 possessing a large number of members and member companies. The Journal of KKITS is an academic journal that has been growing quantitatively and qualitatively as it became a KCI listed candidate journal in 2009 after three years of its foundation and a KCI listed journal in 2012. Besides, to cope with the convergence era, it is expanding its scope to the interdisciplinary convergence research field, and the cooperation with related organizations is also actively progressing. KKITS publishes academic journals six times a year and holds annual spring and fall conferences. Also, the Society has held article contests for undergraduate and graduate students since 2009 and is striving to foster talents in the future IT-related convergence field. The Society holds academic seminars, policy forums, and workshops to diagnose current issues in the IT-related convergence field and suggest alternatives.
