ABSTRACT

The state and local governments are obligated to protect the health and body of the people from fine dust, which is a social disaster. As a measure to reduce scattering dust generated on roads during road restoration work, the government has prepared various laws and regulations on scattering dust reduction, but the current legal system does not clearly define recovery work, and the development of road construction equipment with scattering dust reduction technology is insignificant. In addition, when the scattering dust reduction method is used, it is difficult for the general public to recognize the necessity of the scattering dust reduction method to what extent the scattering dust is reduced. Therefore, this study examines the concept and legal basis of restoration work, and reviews the development status of restoration work technology with fine dust reduction technology to suggest early demonstration of restoration work technology to reduce scattering dust on the road.
