ABSTRACT

In a situation where income inequality between regions is deepening after the coronavirus pandemic, the Korea Association of Real Estate Agents has recently strengthened business cooperation with propfintech companies to promote coexistence, improving the quality of information and services related to real estate transactions and improving the quality of related consumers. A positive impact can be expected in that property rights protection can be strengthened. This cooperation will help real estate transactions proceed more smoothly by providing various options and convenience to relevant consumers. This is expected to help increase transparency and efficiency in the real estate market, and in order to achieve this efficiently, there is a need to expand the scope of work of real estate agents.
