ABSTRACT

South Korea and China are very closely connected geographically and economically, and even to parts related to the situation between the two Koreas. China is the world's second-largest economy, and numerous fires have occurred in the vast land due to various causes, causing a lot of human and material damage. China has introduced and operated various regulations to prevent fires and minimize fire damage, from residential facilities above a certain level in size and use to industries. As one of the methods, it aims to achieve this purpose by installing and inspecting fire fighting facilities for building units and regulating the quality supervision of the competent public security agency. Firefighting facilities installed at the building level are regulated to maintain normal functions by regular maintenance and inspection, and are required to be carried out under a free contract with a licensed company with technical expertise necessary for fire fighting facilities inspection. These institutional devices for fire fighting facility inspection can be attributed to the need for fire prevention and the purpose of bureaucratic control that cannot be neglected. This study is a basic study on the regulation of China's fire industry, and it is intended to identify the license conditions and operations of the fire technology industry, which is capable of benefiting from the socialist economic system. Through this, we want to secure useful information and data on China's little-known fire fighting industry and fire fighting regulations, known only as a socialist economic powerhouse.
