ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to find the learning effect after applying project-based learning method in korean honorific expressions. The instruction model using text UCC production was designed and executed. For the research, written test and survey was took . Forty four foreign learners took pre-to-post exams and responded to the survey in this study. This study analyzed forty two cases, and executed t-test, frequency analysis and correlation analysis on the cases according to the purpose of this study. As a result, project-based learning method accompanied with text User Created Contents had an effect on foreign learners' performance, both written test and survey. The survey show that most of foreign learners satisfied the project-based learning method using text UCC production and responded that is useful in improving Korean speaking. The results show no static correlation between academic achievements and survey. And it can be said that project-based learning method using text UCC as one of the useful instruction models of Korean language honorification.
