ABSTRACT

The Mythology is the Message to establish communication of god and human. especially, The Korean Oral Mythology is noted to nature of a Messages and function in that ‘A living message’ composed by direct communication to recipient of participants in the performance situation of Mythology. The Communication of Oral Mythology that focused on situational context is satisfied on direct contact of actor and audience. The Communication is conducted that The actor relay the message in Mythology to audience for ritual, The audience are response to a message and directly involved performance of Mythology. Therefor Ritual situation called a ‘Goot(굿)’ that is a intermediary actor and audience is an important factors in Oral Mythology Communication The Oral Mythology is a sympathetic message with recipient layer as you can see from the <Changsega(창세가)> or <Bepodoeopchim(베포도업침)>‧<Cheonjiwangbonpuri(천지왕본풀이)>, It is function as a message on discover their own identity and confirm in their community by exchanging informations of ritual and public. To this end, The Oral Mythology has material for a popular target and helps to understand of the meaning by repeating a similar verse or process.
