Developing Grammar Text for Distinction of Similar Meaning

ABSTRACT

This study is about developing grammar text to help Korean learners. Studying intermediate course, Korean learners usually make many mistakes or errors. To preventing this kinds of errors they need to study grammar form through grammar text which is constructed with two similar grmmar forms. Similar grammar form indicate relation between two grammar form which have similar meaning functionally. Accordingly inner or outward relation between two similar grammar form, grammar text are divided into next three types. First one is basic form-polysemous meaning, second is basic form-derivational meaning, third is different form-similar meaning. And also accordingly an individual distinction of similar grammar form, grammar text can be divided into conversational text, written language text, description text etc. Teaching grammar form through grammar text, Korean learners can avoid not only errors but also interference of meaning was caused from similarity in two grammar forms.
