AB - The purpose of this study is to analyze dance culture of Korea in proverb. A proverb is a form of culture embedding, culture identity. Dance in proverb implies lifes of ordinary people with lyrical words.
The results of the analysis are as follows: First, Dance in proverb is mostly about female social behaviour.
Second, dance plays an important role in the agricultural society of Korea. Third, Dance in proverb show with a time for dance history celebration. Fourth, Dance in proverb convey the meaning of a word in a negative uses. Proverb reflects the diverse perspectives of society-culture
