ABSTRACT

This study explores the teaching learning of science-humanities convergent elementary dance as a part of dance education coping with the 4th Industrial Revolution. To this end, this study analyzes expression activity contents of the scientific background among 24 sorts of the existing elementary physical education textbooks, and presents a concrete teaching learning method. As a result, first, this study identifies the parts available for science - humanities convergence among the contents presented in textbooks and finds that the part is comprised of the contents addressed in the area of physics, biology, and geoscience. Second, this study presents a creativity-convergent teaching- learning strategy by sorting out one unit among the extracted textbooks.
