ABSTRACT

This study focuses on the methods and interpretations of thinking about the body of Jean-Luc Nancy, and confirms the autonomy of the use and movement of the dancing body in the practical area of the body’s properties in the circulation of material, soul, and mind. By understanding the body as a corpus, the process and method of conceptualizing the body and “the body itself” are explained within the pluralization of interpretation. this study dose not limit the concept of the body to the impressionist expressions with which we are familiar, but pays attention to revealing that the movement itself is a process, and the experience is essential for the true use of the body. therefore, dance is an art that uses all corpus of the body. The dancing body must be accustomed to an unfamiliar existence, feel pleasure in external and internal contact, and establish itself as an instinctive and creative object.
