AB - The presidential archives of Participating Government were left as a result of record production innovation. The record proves the whole process of decision making and serves as a means of enhancing transparency and accountability. This article analyzed the existence form of records and asserted the necessity of reorganization.
In the direction of the re-organization of records, we proposed a redesign of the record classification system, logical re-registration of records, and description of record detail information. In order to facilitate the use of the archives, the Presidential Archives should proceed with these tasks at the earliest opportunity.
