AB - 胡適作爲中國現代文學的重要領袖之一｡ 他是以文學的時代性爲新文學運動的方向的作家｡他的新文化運動和新詩運動一直是研究者們研究對象｡ 早在1911年留學美國, 胡適在康奈爾大學學習文學, 哲學, 深受美國基督教的影響｡ 胡適在≪胡適留學日記≫和≪胡適自傳≫等的資料中就已經記錄了基督教的文化的作用, 就肯定了基督教的教義, 就自言願爲基督徒｡ 回國以後胡適, 以自己所收集用各種方言所翻譯的≪新約≫或≪新舊約全書≫的各種版本的中文≪聖經≫作爲研究中國方言, 作爲任何中文學的媒介或傳播工具, 作爲更豐富白話文學創造的重要源泉｡ 他的詩的創作因基督教愛的精神參與呈現出特別的基督教式的色彩｡ 這樣, 他作當時實踐基督教精神的作家之一｡ 筆者從社會學､ 文化學的角度辨析胡適早期“基督教”的影響對其新文化運動和新詩觀念的影響, 旨在揭示中國現代白話詩構建的過程, 及基督教文化在中國詩歌所表現出的宗教性｡
