The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the reading circle management with college students and the participation program in the reading camp. The results show that the participation program in reading camp helps the activation on reading circle. The college students' activity on reading camp increases reading activity because students can work with the graduates and get the graduates' reading activity experience. Also, the activity on reading camp encourages reading circle members to work so that they continue their activity after graduation. Students on reading circle usually work hard during semester but during closing of college, they seldom work. The participation program in reading camp, however, can bridge over the gap during the vacation.

The purpose of this study is a survay and analysis about the curriculum for assistant librarian. for this pupose, first, a literature study was done along with interviews with assistant libraian, second, a questionnaries survay was conducted among professor, library administriatiors and assistant librarians, and the survay data were analysed by SAS packages.

A literature analysis for the planning and realization of meta database system was carried out to establish the ocean electronic resources, the first in Korea. The study targeted from web resources and to oceanographic survey data. The focus of the analysis lies in the providing practical information retrieval service for ocean electronic resources based on the framework of effective Dublin Core metadata with network resources description. The analyses included ocean electronic resources, metadata descriptive elements, metadata classification, system organization, and retrieval for planning and implementation of meta database system.
