AB - Information resources production and accumulation are composed of the characters. It is succeeded to the cultural of the past, to create them , and to the vehicle of the cultural. This paper shows that the construction is consisted of 4 steps : setting up a goal of construction, defining and developing information resources as HANGEUL by chosun people in china, being status and analysing information resources produced and Publications by it, and a conclusion and suggestion.Therefore, this study aims to investigate and analyse the information resources productions and Publications of HANGEUL based on the research results of the case study of them.
