ABSTRACT

This study suggests an integrated model for evaluating IT performance in public organizations, on the basis of various evaluation criteria both developed in e-government projects and found to be important by the previous studies. All the criteria for the integrated model proved to be important by the survey of the workers who are responsible for IT in their organizations. The model for this study is almost the same as the IT-BSC, except that this model includes additionally the technologcal perspective, which is supposed to examine the technological quality of IT-related services. This study also compares the model with the evaluation methods which have been used in public sectors. This study explains the implications of the findings and also suggests what should be done for the enhancement.
