AB - The purpose of this study is to explore the relative influences of persistent cyber delinquency behaviors using variables from social bonding, self-control, opportunity theories as they apply to Korean adolescents. The analysis and finding reported here are derived from data extracted from the Korean Youth Panel Data from a sample of about 3,400 Korean adolescents from 2003 to 2007. In results, first, juveniles continue committing cyber property delinquency, once they start it, irrespective of age. However, cyber violent
delinquency and cyber infringement delinquency were both temporary. Also, for juveniles, who start cyber property delinquency, they continue committing delinquency differently from other types of cyber delinquency, irrespective of age. Second, sex, criminal participation, self-control and internet using time were variables to affect juveniles cyber delinquency. Specifically, male juveniles, strong passion for aspiration and job, low selfcontrol and high internet utilization rate had high substantiality of cyber delinquency.
