This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of the Semantic Case as compared with the Morphological Case. And it aims to suggest a criterion of the Semantic Case, too. This criterion is made up to psychological reality, alignment, simplicity and availability of the Case System. According to this criterion, Semantic Case System is settled: Experiencer, Agent, Beneficiary, Instrument, Theme, Comitative, Source, Goal, Path, Time, Locative, Possessive, Complement. Add to this, this study present the examples of the case information processing based on the methodology of Feature Computation Grammar(FCG). Semantic and syntactic features are very important in processing case information.
