AB - Stabilizing residences of low-income houseless residents, it is immediate to supply long-term leasing public houses and to secure resources for this project. This study takes a close look at issues on the Special Act for Public Lease Housing Construction. The paper also suggests its recommendations. The Special Act supports 'the Public Lease Housing Construction Planning Team' under the Ministry of Construction & Transportation, which is responsible for public lease housing complexes and promoting the construction projects. This team also provides the acting ground for delegating the public officials and employees of the central administrative government institutions, Korea National Housing Corporation and Korea Land Corporation. Without further expansion in the government, this special team promotes for cooperation among the above and other related institutions.
