ABSTRACT

A Study of the Housing Laws in JapanThis thesis studied about the idea and directions inside the Housing Laws in Japan which had a great effect on establishing the Housing Laws in Korea, including the Building Law, the Urban Planning Law, the Korea Housing Corporation Law and the Housing Law. The Housing Laws of Japan are characterized by two ; first, all the people are divided into fine, medium and poor by income, and based on such income level the Public Housing Law, and the Housing Park Law, etc are applied to different people the three staged law system, and second, with the housing construction planning law enacted in 1966 all housing related laws have formed the present Housing Laws of Japan, unified and integrated by the five-year plan for housing construction.To conclude, as in the case of periodic speculation in housing in Korea, where the reasonable housing laws haven’t been established yet, the Housing Laws of Japan show that they’re building very systematic, unified and effective laws to achieve the purposes of housing policy, given their own economic and social setting.(주제어) 주택, 주거권, 주택법, 주택금융, 주택세제, 임대주택, 주택건설
