AB - As to the judicial decision from the Constitutional Court over the public agents' collective action, after examining the cases of other countries, the followiing issues are to be considered. In many a country the right of labor union and the right to strike are invested to the public agents, with the exception of U.S and Germany where they are not generally granted with those rights. However in the most countries, even with the right to strike invested, public agents in the public service area are prohibited from general striking or obliged to maintain the minimun service under the request of the guarantee on the continuity of the public service.
