AB - The current trend is toward extending to the range of land use. But the legislation concerning it has too many loose ends. The existing legislation focuses on physical situations of the surface of the ground. So changes need be made to the existing rules.First of all, this study intends to examine the effective limits of the right of ownership in land in discussing about utilities of 3-D space. And then indicates the problems of existing legislation and suggests improvement direction of land registration.
