AB - It requires a significant change in the public security service done by the police, and the key lies in the relationship with the residents who have been regarded as the mere service objects. We live in the era of localization when the core of the society is the citizen, so we should introduce the police autonomy for the police administration to come closer to the citizen by reducing the centralization system of the police.This study tries to suggest the improvement plans for the settlement of the police autonomy which is suitable for our reality by understanding the details and the problems of the police autonomy bill preannounced in August. 2005 before the realization of the police autonomy system.
