AB - This study was intended to introduce food safety laws and risk analysis system of Japan. For this purpose, this study was carried out through analysis of the food safety law and food safety administration relevant to domestic food safety and introduction of scientific safety management technology of Japan.
The results of this study are like that.
First, Introduction of the food safety commission as food safety management administration.
For this purpose, it examined the provisions related to food safety of relevant Japan's laws.
Second, Introduction of risk analysis system of Japan. This study presented proposal for introducing the safety management technology through the research analysis of ‘Risk Analysis’ introduced by Japan.
