ABSTRACT

With a advance of information technology, using a cell phone, laptop, palmtop, PDA (personal digital assistant), commuting fare card, and etc have already been in common. In recent years, a spread of smartphone innovating daily life helps people easily shift paradigm on ubiquitous network, opening a world of PC on palm. However, these technologies contribute to build the wireless USN(ubiquitous sensor network) with tracking function. Thus, a traceability system using a tracking function makes people confront the problem to disturb their privacy and personal information. This thesis faces a ubiquitous network and it overlooks technical types of a traceability system creating a troublesome location information of person in the society and a structure to encroach personal information. Finally, it presents a legal analysis and problem on misuse of personal location information, and it suggest a direction to improve a legal system in the future and a standard of interpretation as a solution, understanding a tendency of legislation and realities in the US, Japan and EU.
