ABSTRACT

In this article, we are going to study the power structure of presidential system in the U.S.A. focusing on practical aspects. Especially we will be focusing on the status and authority of president. Power structure is political and historical products of the country. Thus power structure of the U.S. constitution is also a unique historical products of American society. Historically, the permission granted to the U.S. president has almost unchanged. But the scopes of the interpretation and exercise of authority are influenced by the environment and the personal ability. The characteristic of U.S. constitution is to separate legal, administrative, and judicial powers on the foundations of the federal system and set up checks and balances to limit the power so that it can protect freedom and rights of the people. However it allowed each ministry to function fully and created presidential system to elect an administrative officer. Therefore, in this article, we are going to analyze How U.S. president acts to fulfill his will to power within the system of separation of powers which institutionally limits the power of U.S. president. Also we will analyze which method worked most effectively.
