ABSTRACT

The land construction law has been systematized as the land planning law, the building regulation law (land order law), the public burden law (land compensation law), the public burden law stage, the land development law stage. The National Land Basic Law and the National Land Planning Law have developed plans for economic development and urban growth and have introduced a land system concept system for raising land prices and for disseminating speculative accounts in the national and urban development policies Efficient urban land and urban spatial planning for the creation of a safe urban environment and prevention of disasters for the prevention of crime will be devised in order to reduce the number of people living in urban areas, The trend of academia in the Land Planning Law up to this point has been changed by the reorganization of the land planning law, the response to urban regeneration and three-dimensional city planning, the urban management plan and property rights guarantee. The contents of the city planning high authority of self-governing organizations, the integration of Korea and North Korean land planning law are mainstream. As a result, it is necessary to strengthen the legal status of the land planning law in the National Land Planning Law and to develop sustainable and inclusive national land management philosophy as a prospect and improvement issue of the Land Planning Law. In the stage of urban and county management planning, we will examine the direction of improvement of the compact city through the extension of the participation of residents and the plan for the adjustment of the status in the demographic declining society.
