AB - The autonomous police system is a product of an age request to realize the ideology of local autonomy under decentralization, and it is very important to establish an introduction unit and model for the successful settlement of the self-governing police system, which will be expanded nationwide in the future. And it is very important to establish the introduction unit and model by introducing the self-governing police system to set the purpose and direction of the operation of the autonomous police, such as identity of the autonomous police, organization, division of office and independence. The essential elements of this concept of autonomy are decentralization, democracy, autonomy and independence.
