AB - The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship among hotel employees’ uniform satisfaction, role conflict, and customer orientation. Using empirical research methodology with a sample of hotel employees, this study finds that hotel employees’ uniform satisfaction factors(uniform practicalness, uniform appearance, and uniform symbol) are related with their role conflict factors(appropriate delivery of service information and reduction of psychological burden) and customer orientation factors(duty symbol and duty responsibility). This study concludes with practical implications of research findings.
