AB - Despite the growing importance of hotel service quality studies, to date, still debates on the conceptualization and measurement among researchers are continuing. Focusing to methodological aspects, this study examines ten articles on hotel service quality appeared in the Journal of Tourism Sciences published by The Tourism Science Society of Korea. The aim of this article is to integrate research model into one to understand current research agenda. Author in this study examines writers' research methodologies based on data collection and, in particular, data analysis questionnaire design. Further he also suggests research implications for future study.
