AB - 孔子爲中國歷史上第一大聖人。 孔子生于春秋末年所謂無道之世。 如何把無道之世改換爲理想社會呢? 這個問題就是孔子思想的開端。 在孔子以前, 中國歷史文化當已有兩千五百年以上之積累, 而孔子集其大成。 所謂六經就是其結果。 孔子思想之源遠遡到堯, 所以《尙書·堯典》是會察看孔子思想的最基本的資料。 孔子槪括堯之道說, “曰放勳, 欽明文思安安, 允恭克讓, 光被四票, 格于上下。” 這些詞之中, “欽, 恭, 讓”都是和“敬”同一的意思。 換而言之, 孔子了解的堯之道就是“敬”。 進而“敬”就是孔子思想的根源, 而且孔子思想的核心。 在《論語》上孔子思想的核心“仁”也是和“敬”一樣的。 《禮記》開頭的“毋不敬”也是孔子思想的一個表現。 “敬”思想旣是孔子爲克服春秋末昏亂提唱的解答, 也是爲克服當今世界上澎湃的利己主義的解答。
