AB - 从汉语语法史上看,唐代是语法变化最大的时期。其中,古代汉语的三种指称化标记 ‘所’,‘者’,‘之’统一为‘底’字结构是最大的变化。因此,很多学者对‘底’的来源发表意见,但还 没达成共识。目前为止,‘者’字来源说是被人们最广泛认可的。本文基本上同意‘者’字来源 说,通过考察古汉语三种标记‘所’,‘者’,‘之’在『史記』, 『三國志』, 『世說新語』, 『祖堂集』四部 文献里出现的情况,详细论述了此三种名词化标记的历史发展并统一为‘底’的过程。其具体 情况如下:(1)‘所VP’结构的简单化:从先秦到唐代,‘所VP’结构提取成分和VP类型的绝 大多数是受事和单个动词,并且发生词汇化现象的深化。(2)‘VP者’结构的简单化:从先秦 到唐代,‘VP者’结构提取成分和VP类型的绝大多数是施事、当事和单个动词、形容词。但是 与‘所VP’结构不同,‘VP者’结构里还出现提取受事的和‘VP者NP’,‘N者’等类型,但出现频率 极少。(3)‘NP之VP’结构的消失:到南北朝时,除了几个仿古用例之外,‘NP之VP’结构基 本消失。(4)‘VP底’结构继承‘VP者’结构的次要功能:‘VP底’结构诞生的初期,先继承了 ‘VP者’结构的次要功能,即继承了提取受事‘VP者’和‘VP者NP’,‘N者’等结构。(5)‘VP底’ 结构的功能扩大:随着时间的推移,‘VP底’结构在三个方面上夸大功能:①强化VP者结构的 次要功能②继承并发展VP者结构的主要功能③吸收‘N之N’结构。
