The first preliminary survey was conducted by sampling 330 elementary school teachers in Seoul. Second, this study was conducted to identify the validity of the measurement scale for teachers working in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon elementary schools. In this study, data from 827 people were collected and the validity of the measurement model was assessed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). This verified the reliability and validity of the latent variables and measured variables using AMOS 24.0.
