A study on the "HYO" criminal policy for diminishing domestic violence crime

Today the number of the domnestic violence crime in korea including the crime of a lineal and collateral ascendant is increasing gradually. Many marital sguabbles spills over to crime law courts due to the domestic violence crime. As can be seen in the crime statistics, Immoral crime inclusive of filicide is increasing. For a long time korea academic world and korea government have maintained the cognitive psychology aspect in the cure and correction for domestic violence crimers and now more strongly under way. Althouhg korea budget for correction of many domestic violence crimers inclusive of physical,sexual, emontional or economic abuse has greatly increased during the laut few years, domestic violence crime has been and is still rampant, not only in korea urban, but all over the korea. In conseguence, we should hammer out a prompt counterproposal to existing cognitive psychology correction and treatment fow domestic violence crime by the government (ministry of gender eguality and family). Let ur look at the correction for domestic violence crimers from a new light "HYO" program. Little is Known about "HYO" threatmnet and correctional social welfare study for domestic violence crimers in connerction with historical institutional theory which includes the law of increasing return. Thus, in this article, I would like to explore a little further the importance of "HYP" program and treatment for domestic violence crimers compared with existing cognitive psychology for them which has dominated korean domestic violence crime with support by the ministry of gender equality and family. Firstly, as space is limited, I concentrated on the correctional program and policy for domestic violence crime. Secondly, I asserted the prolem of existing cognitive psychology treatment for domestic violece crimers criticizing it's technical technique and using correctional economic theory such as correctional public service production curve. Thirdly, I took a position against the existing behavioral modification therapy for the correction of prisoners in prison and hold the position for "HYO" oriented program, law for the correction. In conclusion,path-breaking "HYO" correction ideology which contains breaking out "cognitive psychology correction" and entrance to the "HYO" public service theory from th correctional economic theory was the conclusion I have come to after asserting it this way and that.

A Study of the Method for the filial piety life through Experience activity

As children build up their personality and morality mostly from their childhood experience, we need to teach them to respect their parents all the way from elementary curriculum. This paper is written to provide continuous Hyosarang activity for children which is linked with school, family and local community, and to seek ways of educating filial devotion program by successful experience and achievement. Therefore, this paper shows analyzed result from census which surveyed means of education about filial devotion, and compared result with preceding research for setting practical tasks. First task is to conduct Hyosarang meditation, reading and propriety session as running Hyosarang activity in school. Second task is to induce filial devotion programs like Hyosarang task and Hyosarang experiencing day as running Hyosarang activity at home. And last task is to promote activities like visiting Hyosarang historical scene,Hyosarang class and Hyosarang festival, extending filial devotion education at school and home as running Hyosarand activity in local community. This paper present three ways for educating filial devotion; education in school, at home and with local community. By conducting Hyosarang activity in school,One, Hyosarang meditating session increased concern about filial devotion and strengthened motive for practicing filial devotion. Two, Hyosarang propriety session taught meed of Hosarang and basic manners about filial devotion. Three, Hyosarang lecture enabled to understand filial devotion, resulted as children conducting filial devotion habitually. By conducting Hyosarang activity at home,One, Hyosarang task made childrean to practice basic contents about filial devotion in real life. Two, Hyosarang experiencing day provided chances of performing filial devotion at home and local community. By conducting Hyosarang activity with local community. One, visiting Hyosarang historical scene offered methods of practicing filial devotion, acted as a ideal model of filial devotion. Two, Hyosarang class lectured about basic filial devotion, trained right behavior of facing filial devotion mentally and physically.
