ABSTRACT

Humankind has adapted himself to circumstances, developed the culture for a long time. And yet, the trend which is the increasing old ages proportion, the numerical value of rising the healthy old is a new environment change of us to deliberate and prepare for future generation to persist. Otherwise it may be a serious conflicts between generations. The financial enlargement and supports by government have a limit and the quality of aged people has not solved by its alone. So essential need for the mankind is the principle of generation co-prosperity made from the emotional stability, filial communication and respect, the transmission of value. The essence value of generation co-prosperity is Hyo, which is child's positive participation in parents life for their affirmative change. Hyo is so sensitive response system that bilateral efforts are significant factor which one is perception and practice of child and the other is guiding child to act hyo and respect parents, these long process has emerged the co-prosperity. The emergence to be discovered is the trust of parents-child, deep dialogue, interactive identity in the process, which makes possible of family integration. Therefore, in Hyo mechanism it operates self-organization by child's positive participation, parents' will and communication, community integration, to emerge a new culture. This Hyo culture may be a solution for generation conflict and will be a significant axis for social welfare.
