AB - During the last several decade, the number of the criminal violence crime in korea including the crime of a lineal assendant has increased gradually. As it turned out, the korea correctional administrative headquarters has executed social treatment correctional program for criminal prisoners including the crime of a lineal assendent in response to the new educational correctional service producing ideology instead of the retribution penal ideology which had dominated for a long time. These social correctional treatment program for resocialization of prisoners can be classified into two main groups : "HYO" related one and non "HYO" one. Temporary release of a prisoner for maintaing family relationship, parents school in the prison, and family love camp are grouped into the same "HYO" related socoial correctional treatment program. Little is Known about "HYO" related social correctional treatment study. Firstly, in the article, I would like to give an account of what was writed up about "HYO" related social correctional treatment program during the last several decades. In the second place, I would like to explore the problems of "HYO" related social correcitonal treatment program from the standpoint of "HYO" cognitive view and insist on the alternatives in view of the path-breaking aspect through the "HYO" cognitive contents about social correctional treatment program. "HYO" cognitive social correctional treatment program for resocializtion of prisoners was the conclusion I have come to asserting.
