ABSTRACT

Multicultural society in Korea may have begun to increase in migrant workers and marriage immigrants. unlike the other countries. In addition, South Korea has the influx of refugees distinctive types of family, unlike other countries. The Multicultural education is necessary for immediate socialstability of multicultural families. In this situation, the infant multicultural education occupies an important position as the future of education for a multicultural society in Korea. In this study, we have research which interviews with infant teachers who they are in charge of early childhood multicultural education, actually. According to the study, first, it is necessary to strengthen the multicultural education for the kindergarten teachers. Second, there is a need for the development of a public program. Third, for the multicultural education of children, it must be priority education of understanding for multicultural families than education of globalization. Finally, there is a need to identify and improvement the problem for the current multicultural education, in multilateral terms, continued.
