AB - The security system of the Emperor of Korea after Gabo Reform(Gabo Gaehyeok) had great influences on the control system of the Emperor of Korea, the contents and systems. This study attempts to analyze the characters and their effects on the security systems in the Emperor of Korea. For the purpose of this study, it examine the characters of two aspects; its system and role of the security system of the Emperor of Korea. In the Emperor of Korea, the security systems contributed to perform services for public welfare, which forced people to follow social order, such as supervision of public morals and management of sanitation as well as public security like prevention of a thief.
