AB - This paper attempted to find latent possibilities capable of converting into a killer contents for Gyeongnam area, focusing on Gaya Tales. The study is based on a premise that historic space of Gaya almost correspond with Gyeongnam area. So I posit Gaya Tales as original source that appeal to residence. A Development of contents by utilizing cultural heritage in Gyeongnam area is the figuration of culture archetype. Not only does it contribute to reinforcement of cultural ties, but it also contribute to regional economy activation and brand value. Therefore successful contents produce a virtuous circle that can help increase self-worth and improve the quality of life. One of the most important thing is storytelling in process of contents production. Local authority has to procure and cultivate talented storyteller on a long term basis.
