AB - This research is to improve the work effectiveness of worker’s compensation service that is called as an outreach service in KCOMWEL. From the theoretical perspective, the performance analysis of outreach service examines policy supports, job efficiency and service quality between work effectiveness and customer’s satisfaction. The results indicate improvements that outreach service operates effectively for work effectiveness and customer’s satisfaction. This paper explored various performance analysis related to outreach service in KCOMWEL. Also, It analyzed whole characteristics of outreach service and suggested some alternatives to improve the work effectiveness and customer’s satisfaction.
