AB - The mission of the police is to protect people's lives as well as to protect property, public order maintenance and transportation, such as providing civil policing services.
The initial mission of the police is to preserve public safety and to protect life and property; but most of the limited work, after the liberation forces in 1945 and undergo regular security service of Anglo-American legal system the introduction of police order maintenance and other transportation services such as police was an increase in work areas.
Due to the fact that the police may enforce their power to the people, which is a characteristic of the police, high ethical standards required. Furthermore, depending on the high levels of ethical standards of the police, an increase in the realm of police work is required.
However, although there has been a decline, corruption of police, anti-ethics activities favorably on the cultural, business due to the uniqueness of the occurrence of anti-ethics activity due to the level of our country were not high levels of police ethics.
Therefore, in this study occurred in the current business area due to the increased demands of high ethical standards and ethical level of current research and existing literature to find out the relevant statistics, police ethics as a way to enhance access to police ethics and police ethics of the change removal of the interfering element and strengthen internal surveillance activities and composition of the organizational culture of integrity in the form of voluntary ethics training and the strengthening of the police the same way as proposed.
