Research Trend and Prospect of the Na-Tang Wa

ABSTRACT

The 7th century was the time when Three Kingdoms(三國) are unified. Silla and Tang Allied forces(羅唐聯合軍) made Baeje(百濟) and Goguryo(高句麗) extinct. But Silla and Tang fought each other for territorial problem. This is the Na-Tang War(羅唐戰爭). By the way, the point of view by which the Na-Tang War is judged is different respectively. China and Japanese scholars emphasized the role of Tibet(吐蕃). But Korean scholars emphasized the role of Silla. And a problem of a history record in China and Korea is also left. Such study has started in earnest from that in the 1980s. A study was proceeded with actively from that in the 2000s. There are also a lot of studies in China and Japan at present. Much argument has to consist from now on.
