AB - This study focuses on systematically analyzing the key factors related to privacy protection with the introduction of AI technology and presenting measures to improve them. The research methodology involved selecting 5,371 papers published between 2016 and 2024 according to the PRISMA framework, and ultimately including 23 studies. These were systematically organized using Microsoft Excel. The main research factors were evaluated through frequency analysis and qualitative analysis. The analysis results indicate that AI technology poses various challenges to privacy protection. The key factors identified include legal regulations (29.73%), data transparency (25.68%), and technical security (13.51%). The study also highlights that AI technology can increase the risk of privacy infringement and suggests ethical standards and legal improvements to mitigate this risk. To enhance privacy protection in the AI era, a multidimensional approach is required. This study aims to provide academic contributions and policy implications by systematically analyzing the interactions between AI and privacy protection.
